Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of Yamaha Motor Philippines’ 3S shops. You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s physical assets, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating at optimal levels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and monitor 3S shop maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with DND Area Controller, Purchasing, and Dealers.
- Prepare maintenance cost estimates and reply letters for dealer approval.
- Handle costing and documentation for 3S shop maintenance activities (regular maintenance, repainting, signage, shop upgrades, cleaning, and insurance.
- Process maintenance billings for 3S shops.
- Manage 3S shop calamity-related insurance and documentation.
- Prepares maintenance article for posting at social media accounts.
- Provide maintenance reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in building construction and other vertical projects. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes (repairs, upgrades, signage, shop upkeep) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
