KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Verifies New Model Packaging Specification and Design, lashing or tightening tool’s and equipment are in accordance with safety standards using PDCA and FMEA.
- Conducts Study and Risk assessment in preparation for New Model, New packaging and /or new way of tightening the MC units.
- Ensures availability of Buffer parts to support claims before mass production.
- Analyzes and reviews previous model quality and technical issues for mitigation purposes and countermeasure were already issued before mass production and/or prepare parts for mitigation.
- Verifies flat rate and ensures uploading to in-house system before mass production.
- Reviews NG Occurrence in trial production and prepare countermeasure before mass production.
- Ensures that all activities before trial production and before mass production are in compliance with safety and health, standard operation procedure, guidelines are in accordance with company rules and regulation.
- Conducts or spearheads duplication / evaluation activity for the occurrence of NG during unpacking or other unpacking irregularities using PDCA and FMEA. Generates report and discuss insights or improvement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Engineering course;
- 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing set-up or Quality Group;
- Open for fresh graduates;
- Knowledge in data analysis, process mapping and gap analysis
- Knowledge in FMEA/ PDCA Analysis, technical reports and project management
- Knowledge in Lead Manufacturing
- Proficiency in MS Applications specifically Excel, and Power BI.
