JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plans schedule and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities and monitors maintenance work orders, ensuring timely assignment, completion, and proper documentation in the system.
- In-charge of calibration and preventive maintenance of tools and equipment to maintain accuracy, reliability, and compliance with standards.
- Manages spare parts inventory by monitoring stock levels, ensuring availability or critical items and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Plans, order and coordinates outsourced preventive maintenance activities, including scheduling, contractor mobilization, work permit processing, and performance evaluation.
- Secures and monitors contractor’s work and safety permits, ensuring compliance with maintenance safety standards.
- Maintains and organizes maintenance records, checklists, reports and other documentation required for audits and continuous improvement.
- Coordinates with all related Departments/Sections to align maintenance plans, minimize production disruption, and supports reliability improvement initiatives.
- Prepares procedures, working guidelines, and other supporting documents needed for smooth operation.
- Responds to line calls that need facilities and maintenance support.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduate of Electrical, ECE, Mechatronics, Industrial or Instrumentation Control Engineering.
- PRC Licensed/ Certified or with technical OJT experience.
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 year of experience in similar capacity gained from a Manufacturing set-up.
- Can interpret some technical drawings : Mechanical, electrical, motor control, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC ladder.
- Knowledge in AUTOCAD drafting and PLC Programming is desirable.
- Background in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance or Production and utilities equipment.
