JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supports on enforcing established systems / procedures to ensure efficient and seamless execution of processing engineering activities.
- Carries out New Model Preparation activities within the assigned area, following the established schedule by thoroughly analyzing requirements and objectives, and developing appropriate process designs and layouts.
- 1QDC activity ensuring every preparation targets of a new model are attained as planned.
- Performs Time and Motion Study and Line Balancing activities.
- Designs Process Layout and Operation Sequences (thru MHK, OS, QCPC) of handled area.
- Conducts Failure Mode and Effect Analysis to make higher assurance level of processes.
- Designs and procures racks, buckets, jigs, machines, special tools and other items needed.
- Leads production and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing capability, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Conducts investigations and troubleshooting of existing processes and hardware-related issues to prevent recurrence.
- Uses known analytical tools like SPC, 7QC, 8D, FMEA, etc. Also implements POKA YOKE solution on all jig and fixtures to avoid failures and occurrences.
- Prepares necessary documents and needed for implementation / operation of equipment and jigs.
- Coordinates with other departments in determining and solving process / jigs related problem.
- Performs other related duties / projects as may be assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduate of any Engineering course; IE and CIE Passer is desirable.
- At least 1-2 years of experience / background in Manufacturing industry with specialty in Assembly and Line Conveyor processing.
- Open to Fresh Graduates.
- Can interpret some technical drawings;
- Knowledgeable in Methods Engineering, Process System, Facilities Planning & Design, Supply Chain Management, Autocad and OTRS
- Able to process simulation software with proficiency in Excel and presentations.
- Able to utilize AI application.
