KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and ensures the proper implementation of all quality-related activities for assigned parts for localization aligning them with established timelines and activities as scheduled.
- Responsible in ensuring that suppliers understand and meet quality requirements in reference to the parts drawing specifications and Zensuu Ryouhin activities.
- Provides regular updates of assigned suppliers production preparation progress to ensure compliance on the defined expected output of its corresponding schedules.
- Collaborates with local suppliers to investigate issues and verifies effectiveness of implemented countermeasures.
- Conducts audits based on certifications acquired, recognized by the company to ensure supplier process complies with the standards and requirement.
- Monitors workplace cleanliness and ensures timely closure of finding from 5S audits.
- Promotes continuous improvement through Kaizen suggestions and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Carries out additional duties as assigned by the superior to support team and organizational tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Engineering Course;
- At least 1-2 years of experience/exposure in Quality Assurance in any Manufacturing company.
- Experience in parts development with background in any of Resign Injection, stamping/press or welding process is desirable;
- Knowledgeable in application of dimensional metrology techniques and 7QC Tools.
- Proficient in interpreting basic technical drawings, CAD or Solidwork software.
- Acquired auditing skills is advantage.
