JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualizes and initiates improvement projects.
- Identifies process improvement and innovation opportunities.
- Designs, develops and tests prototypes or pilot systems to verify hardware/software performance and quality.
- Manages project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet strategic goals.
- Coordinates with other related departments and suppliers to ensure alignment or project goals.
- Conduct trials and pilot runs to validate the performance, reliability and scalability of new technologies and processes.
- Provides creative approach and analyzes feedback from prototype testing, manufacturing, and end-users to identify areas for project improvement.
- Develops documentation, training materials, and support systems for new implementations.
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards during innovation deployment.
- Promotes and supports the adoption of digital transformation (DX) initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Engineering course : Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computer Enghineering
- PRC licensed / Certified or with related technical internship experience in similar capacity gained from a Manufacturing set-up is advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Methods Engineering, Process System, Facilities Planning & Design, Supply Chain Management, AutoCAD, Solidworks & OTRS
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and use process simulation software.
