Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the aftersales operations including service coordination, warranty processing, dealer support, and spare parts monitoring.
- Ensures high-quality service delivery and contributes to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Participates in planning for activities for own work and may provide inputs on team plans.
- Makes day-to-day decisions regarding task execution, problem-solving, and team coordination.
- Assist in service operations and coordination with dealers.
- Assist in aftersales campaigns and service promotions.
- Maintain service records and compliance documentation.
- Perform other related functions assigned by the Section Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing-related work; familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); and with basic data analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge in event coordination and logistics management.
- Must be willing to report on-site at Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.
