Aftersales Staff

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the aftersales operations including service coordination, warranty processing, dealer support, and spare parts monitoring.
  • Ensures high-quality service delivery and contributes to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Participates in planning for activities for own work and may provide inputs on team plans.
  • Makes day-to-day decisions regarding task execution, problem-solving, and team coordination.
  • Assist in service operations and coordination with dealers.
  • Assist in aftersales campaigns and service promotions.
  • Maintain service records and compliance documentation.
  • Perform other related functions assigned by the Section Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing-related work; familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); and with basic data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge in event coordination and logistics management.
  • Must be willing to report on-site at Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.
