JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Organizes and administers health service program integrating occupational safety in the absence of physician, otherwise activities shall be in accordance of physician;
• Provides nursing care to injured or ill workers;
• Participates in health maintenance examination. If a physician is not available, performs work activities within scope of nursing profession;
• Participates in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of work-environment that affects the health and well-being of the workers;

Job Description:

• Responsible for cost innovation/cost reduction activity with suppliers thru process/material verification concerning new model development.
• Checks/interpret drawings, technical standards and other requirements needed to proceed with the activity.
• Monitors closely all supplier’s status and update, verifies countermeasures and conducts audit to suppliers and on-site visits.
• Closely coordinates with both YMPH internal/external suppliers for all the required activities needed in localization and parts development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in monitoring, preparation and handling the process related to import of goods of KD parts and other shipment
• In charge in communication with overseas counterparts, service providers, brokers and government agencies to ensure complete documents and on time deliveries of shipment
• Verifies the accuracy of all shipping documents, duties and taxes computation to ensure zero discrepancy and eliminate overpayment
• Preparation and processing of billing controls – assure on time receipt and processing of billings after thorough checking and validation

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the issuance of Manufacturing Schedule for Mass Production and progress
• Processing of After sales orders – requirements and replenishment of Fixed Safety Stocks
• Coordination to Manufacturing to meet target and delivery, all related maintenance, inventory control maintenance and semi annual inventory
• Preparing schedule report and attending Internal Production Meeting
