JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visits daily all branch assignments and checks Point of Purchase (POP) materials and merchandising.
• Talks to the branch manager to know all concerns about Yamaha product.
• Accomplishes Outlet Visit Report (OVR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR) for monitoring reference.
• Checks the account grid and budget per marketing activity if appropriately implemented.
• Encodes all concerns in each branch and study market segments within the area of responsibility.
• Collates the activity result and evaluates its effectiveness.
• Computes monthly budget through account grid and reports to the management.
• Checks the status of company vehicle and equipment for maintenance and repair.
•  Checks the status of market strategies and competitors’ promotions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle area assignment sales operations and ensure area sales performance meets targets
• Manage and monitor daily tasks and deliverables of area controllers
• Monitor monthly sales output of each area controller
• Review, guide, and approve Account Grid Activities submitted by area controllers
• Ensure Yamaha sell-out competency in the area compared to competitors
• Address concerns from area controllers and relay them to the Regional Head
• Evaluate proper implementation of promotions
• Assess the effectiveness of activity execution
• Develop and suggest market potential and network expansion for the area
• Update area status and report to the Regional Manager regarding operations, concerns, requirements, and improvement plans.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes
• Setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees
• Providing support to IT staff by answering phones, processing paperwork, and responding to user requests
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working properly for the company
• Collecting, analyzing, and storing data for use in reports
• Supporting the maintenance of existing computer systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software
• Providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and order status
• Help maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
• Support in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining vendor database.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies and follow up on pending deliveries
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
