JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Manages and ensures the proper implementation of all quality-related activities for assigned parts for localization in alignment to established timelines and activities as scheduled.
• Ensures that suppliers understand and meet quality requirements in reference to the parts drawing specifications and Zensuu Ryouhin activities.
• Provides regular updates/progress of assigned suppliers production preparation ensuring compliance on the defined expected output of its corresponding schedules.
• Collaborates with local suppliers to investigate issues and verifies effectiveness of implemented countermeasures.
• Conducts audits based on certifications acquired recognized by the company to ensure supplier process complies with the standards and requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Recommends KPI targets, policies, procedures and standards for Warehouse operations such as but not limited to receiving, sorting, repacking, picking, packing and dispatching processes.
• Reviews and analyzes performance results of MBO’s and KPI’s of Warehouse Operations. Discusses results to its group and recommends area for improvements, corrective and preventive measures.
• Evaluates and rates all subordinate performances through their Key Result Area (KRA) targets, competencies and attitude towards work.
• Checks warehouse transactions such as material requisition for other items, dispatched document, picking discrepancy, item quality concern and claims or returns.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Provides technical assistance for PC/laptop setup and configuration, as well as perform troubleshooting and repair as needed.
• Perform installation and configuration of standard applications, systems, network settings, printers, scanners and other essential devices.
• Conducts thorough assessment of returned PC/laptop units to determine whether repair or replacement is required.
• Supports Genba activities to ensure the proper operation of critical systems and applications.
• Regularly reviews and updates assigned tasks in the ticketing system in a timely manner to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Performs operations and maintenance of Windows/Linux servers (troubleshooting, patching, resource monitoring, backup/restore, etc.)
• Responds to escalations from IT ServiceDesk and investigates/resolves server-related technical issues as Level 2 support.
• Manages Active Directory ensuring the reliability of user authentication and access management (user/group management, OU design, GPO configuration, account lockout handling, etc.)
• Promotes the design, construction, and renewal of server environments (e.g., building/migrating virtualization (Nutanix/VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud (AWS/Azure) environments).
