Job Description:

• YMPH Digital Marketing Sr. Staff is responsible for creating and carrying out strategic digital marketing programs that increase brand recognition, customer engagements, produce leads, and reach wider audience in all digital platforms in line with the marketing goal and direction and in collaboration with cross-functional sections such as Creatives, Activations, Sales, Purchasing, etc.

Job Description:

• Visits daily all branch assignments and checks Point of Purchase (POP) materials and merchandising.
• Talks to the branch manager to know all concerns about Yamaha product.
• Accomplishes Outlet Visit Report (OVR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR) for monitoring reference.

Job Description:

• Initiate promotional event including service marketing activities to reach Yamaha Dealers and Customers especially remote areas.
• Improves customer service by increasing the degree of professionalism to all Yamaha 3S Shop and develop higher global quality staff that can offer inspection and maintenance services that builds customer’s confidence.
• Educates all Yamaha 3S Shop’s dealers and staff on warranty procedures and service operation.
• Maintains and upgrades the Service Visual Identity in the service workshop, the proper assortment quantity of tools, special tool boards, service sign, Yamaha logo, equipment including staff uniform.

Job Description: 

• Operate production equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that quality standards are met
• Adheres to Operation Standard, Quality Principle, QA Rule and process records
• Follows production plan based on specifications
• Operates jigs, equipment and machinery in a safe manner
