KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recommends KPI targets, policies, procedures and standards for Warehouse operations such as but not limited to receiving, sorting, repacking, picking, packing and dispatching processes.
- Reviews and analyzes performance results of MBO’s and KPI’s of Warehouse Operations. Discusses results to its group and recommends area for improvements, corrective and preventive measures.
- Issues corrective and preventive action request for the areas needs improvement or with below performances and checks the effectiveness of the CAR.
- Evaluates and rates all subordinate performances through their Key Result Area (KRA) targets, competencies and attitude towards work.
- Controls operations expenses and recommends cost efficient and cost reduction programs for Warehouse areas.
- Checks warehouse transactions such as material requisition for other items, dispatched document, picking discrepancy, item quality concern and claims or returns.
- Reports performance results and communicates with superiors, YMPH inter-department and Yamaha group of companies all operation related concerns.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Engineering courses; Industrial Engineering is advantage.
- With at least 2 – 3 years of leadership experience in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management / Distribution in a Manufacturing set-up.
- Knowledgeable in MBO and KPI identifications / KRA evaluations.
- Background in LEAN Manufacturing / Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / Theoretical Value Productivity (TVP); root cause analysis, time and motion analysis.
- Leadership / Management Skills with strategic visioning.
