JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys, interviews, and manager consultations.
- Design training programs, calendars, manuals, and e‑learning modules based on TNA results.
- Review and evaluate training content to ensure quality and relevance.
- Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, blended learning, and other training activities.
- Coordinate logistics including venues, materials, equipment, and schedules.
- Maintain an organized training database including attendance, evaluations, materials, and certificates.
- Prepare MOAs for employees undergoing high-investment training.
- Act as secretariat for overseas programs and language classes; support travel and visa processing for international training.
- Source and coordinate with external training providers.
- Support both in-house and outsourced training sessions for smooth execution.
- Lead New Hire Orientation and support the end-to-end onboarding experience.
- Support internal and external audits related to training compliance.
- Monitor effectiveness and ROI of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Implement and maintain 5S within the department.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience as HR Training and Development
- Knowledge in Organizational Development is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑service‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Willing to be assigned at the LIMA, Malvar, Batangas office.
