Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all service education activities for Yamaha dealers.
- Provide technical knowledge aligned with the Yamaha Technical Academy to ensure high-quality service standards across all Yamaha Authorized Dealers.
- Develop and conceptualize Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) materials that are clear, engaging, and meet participants’ expectations.
- Conduct 3S training sessions based on the Yamaha 3S Manual and Service Operations, as well as support Yamaha Technical Academy programs nationwide.
- Facilitate onboarding training for newly hired sales and field personnel on Yamaha product knowledge.
- Manage and maintain all equipment assigned to the Education Centers located in LIMA Malvar, Mandaluyong, Cebu, and Davao.
- Prepare and produce training manuals, presentation materials, visual aids, and other resources to enhance the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Regularly monitor the Advanced Service Kiosk (ASK) portal and the Learning Management System (LMS) based on technician training achievements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology majoring in Automotive or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in motorcycle repair within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proficient in reading service manuals and parts catalogs with hands-on experience in conducting training sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Wiling to be assigned in LIMA Malvar Batanags office
