JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will directly analyze data that are relevant to and will be used for Segmentation, Targeting, & Positioning (STP)
- Participate in actual customer qualitative surveys and gather relevant information for new and existing models. Spearhead local area market dive. Encode data based on the survey and present results.
- Pinpoint the Target Market specifically including demographics, psychographics, usage, reason for buying, motivations, media habits, etc.
- Come up with current and future Model Brand Definitions that will serve as a marketing guide for the team.
- Summarize, analyze, and process customer information to formulate marketing strategies for both national and local area basis.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Marketing Section to fix the backbone of marketing strategy and endorse to the rest of the Marketing team.
- Timely checking of Marketing Analytics based on major KPIs.
- Be the window person between Marketing Brand Strategy, Product Planning, and Manufacturing Sections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor/College degree; Marketing preferably Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Management or related specializations
- At least 2–3 years experience in a Marketing-related role. Experience in brand management, research, or advertising is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.
