Marketing Admin Staff (Reliever)

Full Time Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to all Marketing Section’s Activity.
  • Handle requirement of his/her assigned sub-section.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including email, scan, faxing and copying to management, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system, opening, sorting and distribution of incoming correspondences, performing data entry.
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned by Immediate Superior and Marketing Section Manager from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising/Media, Marketing/Account, or any business-related course.
  • At least 1-year work experience in admin or clerical capacity, preferably in fast phased work set up/industry.
  • With basic accounting and budget management knowledge and background.
  • Preferably adept with MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
