KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports departmental meeting operations, including scheduling, minute-taking, and agenda organization.
- Handles procurement and contract-related requests, document preparation, and basic vendor communications.
- Maintains accuracy in administrative tasks by compiling data and creating reports using Excel and internal systems.
- Supports departmental budget monitoring and expense processing to contribute to sound financial management.
- Supports onboarding and offboarding procedures, including account setup for new hires and departing employees, and IT equipment management.
- Ensures compliance-driven operations through document management, contract administration, and file organization.
- Facilitates communication and coordination within and outside the department.
- Assists managers and supervisors with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, Office Management.
- 3+ years of work experience as administrative assistant; background in Manufacturing set-up / IT group is an advantage.
- Practical experience in back-office operations or administrative roles, along with business-level English proficiency and MOS certification.
- Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Basic PC Operations,
- Basic knowledge of accounting, basic knowledge of law, basic knowledge of IT.
- Background in schedule management, meeting facilitation, and contract/procurement procedures.
- Knowledgeable in expense reporting, handling office equipment, travel booking, and inventory control etc.
