Job Summary:
Responsible for computing dealer incentives and penalties in accordance with company policies, overseeing the receipt and proper application of BIR Form 2307, and ensuring accurate documentation and recording.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compute dealer incentives and penalties in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the receipt and application of BIR Form 2307, ensuring proper documentation and recording.
- Process Requests for Debit and Credit Memos and monitor collections and other local receivables.
- Determine collection due dates and maintain updated monitoring schedules.
- Update Excel or system-based monitoring files by applying payments received.
- Provide timely payment updates and reconcile discrepancies for receipt issuance.
- Determine advance payments required for early payment incentives and verify reasons for non-payment when computing penalties.
- Issue collection reminder to dealers and remind unpaid account through follow email/letter.
- Report dealer compliance issues or collection concerns to immediate supervisors and relevant management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Knowledge ofaccounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding offinancial statements, budgeting, and reporting.
- Must be willing to work onsite at Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.
