JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and order status
- Help maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
- Support in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining vendor databases
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies and follow up on pending deliveries
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business related course.
- At least 3–5 years of work experience in sales and marketing
- Motorcycle enthusiast is an advantge
- Proven track record of contributing to company sales; result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, social media management, and sales & marketing
- Willing to travel and work on weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Must be willing to do field work in different areas in Luzon.
