Environmental Engineer

• Conducts environmental impact assessments and audits to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Prepares and presents reports on sustainability metrics and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Stays updated with sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinates with Department of Energy (DOE), Local Government Units (LGUs), and other stakeholders for reporting and sustainability initiatives.
• Implements renewable energy systems and energy-efficient solutions.
• Conducts life cycle assessments (LCA) for products and processes to evaluate their environmental impact.
• Works with suppliers to source sustainable materials and products to promote resource efficiency.
• Communicates sustainability efforts to stakeholders and evaluates and recommends sustainable technologies and processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity or Manufacturing set-up.
• Experience in carbon footprint measurement, energy and water conservation and DOLE related reports.
• Knowledge in Carbon Neutrality / Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering principles.
• Knowledge in ISO 50001 Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 14001 Energy Management System (EnMS) and ISO 45001 OHS Management system is a plus
