Job Description:
- Campaign Strategy: Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and target audience.
- Channel Selection: Choosing and using the right digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing
- Content Creation: Managing and overseeing the development and creation of digital content, such as ad copy, visuals, videos, and landing pages with proper setting of UTM parameters for accurate tracking.
- Budget Management: Managing campaign budgets to maximize return of investment (ROI).
- Audience Targeting: Defining and segmenting target audiences based on demographics, behavior, and agencies.
- Campaign Performance: Measuring campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with creatives, digital, external teams and operations teams to develop compelling digital marketing collateral, including advertisements, social media content, email campaigns and landing page.
Job Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Digital/Multimedia Arts, Advertising, IMC, or any Marketing-related field.
- Have 1-3 years working experience in digital marketing and/or campaign management including content creation.
- Preferably knowledgeable in digital trends, key performance metrics, marketing and acquisition campaigns such as SEO and SEM, and email marketing software.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- With basic knowledge in photography and videography.
- Preferably adept with MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
