Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, deductions, benefits, and statutory contributions, ensuring accuracy and timelines
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company payroll policies
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting for payroll funding, release, and reconciliation
- Maintain, update, and monitor payroll systems/HRIS and ensure secure payroll records for audit purposes
- Prepare payroll reports, BIR Form 2316, and other payroll- and tax-related documents, including year-end closing
- Address employee inquiries regarding payslips, deductions, taxes, and government contributions
- Collaborate with timekeeping, leave management, and employee status updates
- Recommend process improvements and assist in updating payroll policies
- Stay updated on payroll, tax, and government benefit regulations and attend relevant trainings
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and government compliance
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax laws, and statutory benefits
- High attention to detail with strong confidentiality and accuracy
- Experience in handling company events is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willing to be assigned at LIMA, Malvar, Batangas Office
