Job Summary:
Responsible for processing approved hotel accommodation requests for Visayas and Mindanao operations, and verifying Statements of Account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all submitted approved hotel request for Visayas and Mindanao operations.
- Checking of all Statement of Account (SOA) submitted by accredited hotels.
- Checking of Daily Time Record (DTR) of security guards and utilities.
- Monitor the inventory of office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and pantry supplies.
- Prepare periodic report and discussion during monthly/quarterly section meeting.
- Monitor both incoming and outgoing courier services of LBC and 2GO.
- Assist on land travel requests from various sections / departments of Sales and Marketing Operation visiting satellite offices.
- Establish communication with Finance and Accounting to ensure that billing and payment with supplier is timely and accurate.
- Perform other work related task that will be assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any four-year bachelor’s degree program
- With at least 0–3 years of related professional experience
- Possesses a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Open for fresh graduates.
- Must be willing to report onsite at Davao City, Davao del Sur.
