Training and Development Sr. Staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys, interviews, and manager consultations.
  • Design training programs, calendars, manuals, and e‑learning modules based on TNA results.
  • Review and evaluate training content to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, blended learning, and other training activities.
  • Coordinate logistics including venues, materials, equipment, and schedules.
  • Maintain an organized training database including attendance, evaluations, materials, and certificates.
  • Prepare MOAs for employees undergoing high-investment training.
  • Act as secretariat for overseas programs and language classes; support travel and visa processing for international training.
  • Source and coordinate with external training providers.
  • Support both in-house and outsourced training sessions for smooth execution.
  • Lead New Hire Orientation and support the end-to-end onboarding experience.
  • Support internal and external audits related to training compliance.
  • Monitor effectiveness and ROI of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Implement and maintain 5S within the department.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as HR Training and Development
  • Knowledge in Organizational Development is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑service‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Willing to be assigned at the LIMA, Malvar, Batangas office.
