KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensures continuous operation of all building facility systems.
- Supports internal and external audits thru accurate documentation and records related to building facility.
- Ensures compliance with local building codes, fire safety, and environmental regulations and other government agencies such as PEZA, BFP and DOLE PTO.
- Monitors preventive and predictive maintenance; project management.
- Oversees outsourced maintenance preventive maintenance and verifies service quality.
- Ensures preventive maintenance for HVAC, lighting, emergency systems, and fire suppression equipment.
- Maintains updated records of permits and certifications.
- Prepares monthly reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Responds to facility emergencies promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Supports fire drills and emergency preparedness programs.
- Prepares and submits monthly utility indices and performance reports.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering course
- Knowledge in HVAC System, Building Code and Standards,
- Knowledge in Air-Conditioning system (VRF, Split Type) & Ventilation system and Project management.
- Familiar with Fire protection system (FDAS / AFSS) and alarm systems, suppression systems (CO2, FM-200, kitchen hood).
- Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
