Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Yamaha dealer’s education activities by providing technical knowledge and supply quality service for customers.
- Develop and deliver Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS) and technical training programs aligned with Yamaha standards and dealer needs.
- Conduct 3S training and Yamaha Technical Academy (YTA) programs to enhance technicians’ skills, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Educate dealers, managers, sales staff, and field personnel on product knowledge, service operations, warranty procedures, and safety awareness.
- Prepare and maintain training materials such as manuals, presentations, visual aids, and learning modules.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve training effectiveness, including updating LMS and ASK 3S portals.
- Coordinate training logistics, attendance, reporting, and post-training documentation to ensure full participation and compliance.
- Manage and safeguard training tools and equipment across education centers, including inventory and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments, support nationwide dealer activities, and travel or work
extended hours as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology major in automotive or Engineering courses; preferably NC2 small engine certification.
- With technical expertise required equivalent to 3-6 years of work experience.
- Provides advanced solutions and serves as a mentor to junior staff.
- Computer literate; able to make reports with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Can diagnose/troubleshoot motorcycle problem, and handles equipment assigned to service education.
- Must be willing to travel; with professional driver’s license.
