KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documentation Support: Assists Risk Management Team in drafting, formatting, and updating policies, risk assessments, business continuity activities, incident reports, etc.
- Document Custodianship: Acts as the central point of contact for the Compliance Section’s documents control system. Ensures all files are organized, version-controlled, and stored according to company’s standards.
- Creative Content Design. Designs high-impact presentations for executive meetings and stakeholder briefings.
- Training Material Development. Uses creative tools to develop engaging training modules, infographics, and newsletters to promote a “risk-aware” culture across the company.
- Administrative Coordination. Manages the compliance document lifecycle, from initial drafting though to final approval and archiving.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Business Administration, IT, Public Administration, or related discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience as Document Custodian.
- Knowledgeable in process documentations, business processes, risk management and business continuity.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 Applications.
- Proficiency in Canva or other editing Softwares.
