Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in monitoring, preparation and handling the process related to import of goods of KD parts and other shipment
- In charge in communication with overseas counterparts, service providers, brokers and government agencies to ensure complete documents and on time deliveries of shipment
- Verifies the accuracy of all shipping documents, duties and taxes computation to ensure zero discrepancy and eliminate overpayment
- Preparation and processing of billing controls – assure on time receipt and processing of billings after thorough checking and validation
- Processing of PRF in Navision for KD and other shipment
- Prepares monthly PEZA Report
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business courses or equivalent
- With at least 3 years of work experience as Impex Staff in a Manufacturing Company
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willing to be assigned in LIMA Malvar Batangas Office
