JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle area assignment sales operations and ensure area sales performance meets targets
- Manage and monitor daily tasks and deliverables of area controllers
- Monitor monthly sales output of each area controller
- Review, guide, and approve Account Grid Activities submitted by area controllers
- Ensure Yamaha sell-out competency in the area compared to competitors
- Address concerns from area controllers and relay them to the Regional Head
- Evaluate proper implementation of promotions
- Assess the effectiveness of activity execution
- Develop and suggest market potential and network expansion for the area
- Update area status and report to the Regional Manager regarding operations, concerns, requirements, and improvement plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business related course.
- At least 3–5 years of work experience in sales and marketing
- Motorcycle enthusiast is an advantge
- Proven track record of contributing to company sales; result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, social media management, and sales & marketing
- Willing to travel and work on weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Must be willing to do field work in different areas in Visayas.
