DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizes and administers health service program integrating occupational safety in the absence of physician, otherwise activities shall be in accordance of physician;
- Provides nursing care to injured or ill workers;
- Participates in health maintenance examination. If a physician is not available, performs work activities within scope of nursing profession;
- Participates in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of work-environment that affects the health and well-being of the workers;
- Maintains a reporting and records system, and if physician is not available, prepares and submits annual medical reports using forms compliant to DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH-47, to the employer, as required by this Standards;
- Conducts monthly inventory of medicine supplies.
- Ensure compliance to required quantity of medicines and medical supplies as stated on Table 47 of the Occupational Safety & Health Standards
- Performs other duties and responsibilities related to ESH as necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- Open to fresh graduates or with 1-year clinical work experience in Occupational Health
- Knowledgeable in OSH Standards (DOLE)/ Pre-Hospital Care
- Knowledge in government mandated health benefits (SSS,EC)
- Willing to work under Fixed Term Employment (6-months)
